Medicare Replacement
We will accept and file all PFFS (Private Fee for Service) plans. Patients are responsible for all deductibles, coinsurances and copays.
For all other plans:
Contracted Plans: Riverchase Dermatology will submit the claim if we are a member of the contracted health plan.
Non-Contracted Plans: If Riverchase Dermatology does not participate with the insurance carrier, payment in full will be required at the time services are rendered.
